FloorFlow Level 1
All Levels. No Prerequisites Needed. Slide, slink, and swirl as FloorFlow Level 1 gets you comfy moving low and slow with style. Perfect for beginners ready to build fluidity, confidence, and a little floor flirt. Great for those who want to learn the basics first or just a weekly get down.
Stretch & Sculpt - All Levels
All Levels. No Prerequisites Needed. Lengthens, lifts, and leaves you feeling like a limber badass. Think deep stretches with just enough spice to make your muscles remember you tomorrow. Great for cross-training.
Intro to Pole Heels - Level 1
Beginner. Prerequisites: 4 to 6 Beginner Classes or completed Beginner Series. Strap in and stand tall this class teaches you how to walk, stretch, and slay. It's all about finding your balance, owning your lines, and making those heels talk. Great for those finding their footing.
Pole Dance Level 2
Intermediate. Prerequisites: 8 to 10 Beginner Classes or completed Beginner Series. Our signature choreography class rooted in the strip club origins of pole and the history of the iconic Chrome Bar's sultry, sexy, and seamless reputation.
Climbs & Conditioning Level 2
Intermediate. Prerequisites: 8 to 10 Beginner Classes or completed Beginner Series. Designed to build grip strength, core control, and upper body endurance while mastering foundational spins, climbs, holds, and transitions. Perfect for those who have never climbed, or beginning to climb.
Pole Inversions Level 2
Intermediate. Prerequisites: 6 to 8 Climbs & Conditioning Classes or strong secure climbs and pole experience. Starting with strengthening exercises in the mat-based warm-up, we'll guide you through all the details necessary to gracefully go upside down. Progress through inversions, poses, and grips on the pole, incorporating familiar spins and climbs as we build the stamina to dance into and sustain inversions.
Aerial Float Level 2
Intermediate. Prerequisites: Comfortable Climb or 6 to 8 Climbs & Conditioning Classes. We’ve split our legendary spins & climbs to help those who can climb build dynamic climbs, aerial pathways, and sustained shapes that build true pole stamina and control. No Inversion Required.
FloorFlow Level 2
Intermediate. Prerequisites: 8 to 10 Beginner Classes or 6-8 FloorWork Flow Level 1 Classes. Turn up the heat with slick transitions, dynamic rolls, and next-level control. You'll build strength, fluidity, and sass as you slide, flip, and melt across the floor with style and intent. Utilizing the floor and base of the pole.
Freestyle Flow Level 2
Intermediate. Prerequisites: Pole Experience, No Newbies. Your time to play. No choreography, just music, mood, and movement. Explore your style and experiment with pathways In this guided weekly class.
Aerial Float Level 3
Advanced. Prerequisites: 8 to 10 Aerial Float Lvl 2 Classes or strong climb. Finding Seamless Suspension. Linking advanced spins, hangs, and transitions with effortless control and grace. You'll train sustained flow and precise pathways. No Inverts Required.
Pole Inversions Level 3
Advanced. Prerequisites: 8 to 10 Pole Inversions Level 2 or strong secure climbs, leg hangs, and aerial invert. Building upon the artistry and fluidity cultivated in previous levels, we seamlessly integrate classic show-stopping aerial pole moves, executed with precision and grace. Our unique emphasis on musicality while dancing in the air, rather than merely learning individual tricks, enhances your skills, making inverted aerial transitions as effortless and captivating as our ground-level dance.
