What’s all the hype about this Barre thing, anyway? Well, here at The Chrome Bar we think it’s pretty spectacular and love the results. As we’ve found out, there are plenty of reasons for your booty and your body to love Barre! Here are 5 reason to get you inspired and ready for class.

  2. Quick Results: Want your cardio and no impact too? Barre gets your heart rate up for the calorie burn you want and the results you crave, without damaging impact to your knees, hips and back. It also burns fat and builds muscle at the same time. Most of us don’t have enough time to do as many separate cardio and strengthening sessions as we’d like to, so Barre is a great pick for busy people who want a lot out of a short amount of time.
